Vacation Rental Home In Greece: A Chapman University alumnus is making his house in Greece available for rent. This house is located at a small sea village at the Southern coast of Paros called Alykes within100 metersof two beaches. It is a 45-square meter house with living room, one bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom with three verandas/terraces which are 55-square feet and include BBQ. Fully furnished.
Alykes has everything that a visitor may require during his/her stay, and is only 6 miles from the island’s capital called Parikia, where the main port is and where the boats come from the mainland. To reach Alykes the visitor will need to hire a car which is needed anyway during his/her stay in order to go around all the fantastic paces of Paros. Car rental is about $70-80 per day. But in this case I can help to provide the visitor with a car at a much better rate.
Paros is the central island of the Aegean Sea surrounded by Mykonos, Tinos, Naxos, Santorini, Antiparos, and the rest of the Aegean Sea islands, all of which are within reach for day trips.
It is one of the largest if not the largest island, and provides numerous places for a visitor to visit and spend wonderful holidays. Swimming in Paros is a fantastic experience because it has many beaches all around with calm and clean water. Some of them provide touristic installations but there are also many which are free and quiet because they are isolated, giving the impression to the visitor that he has a private beach of his own.
Paros can be reached by plane or by ship from Athens/Piraeus. The boat trip lasts 3 hours on speed boats that travel 3-4 times a day in the summer months. The ticket costs from $60 to $120 round trip depending on the class and if the boat is a normal line or a speed boat. The plane trip from Athens airport lasts only 20 minutes. There are 3-4 flights per day during the summer months.
Rent is $75 per day for the months of June through September and $60 a day for the months March, April, October and November. Ten-day rental term required.
