This holiday season Student and Campus Life has partnered with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) to create a stuffed animal drive to help bring a bit of holiday cheer to the thousands of children who enter the foster care system in Orange County each year.

Two students, Yesenia Vergara ’13 and Rachael Winkler ’12, started this project for their women’s studies class and are hoping that other students feel compelled to donate to this cause. A stuffed animal of any size will help uplift the spirits of these children during the holiday season.

There are bins located inside Chapman’s Student Union and new stuffed animals can be donated now through Monday, Nov.28. For any questions, please contact Vergara at Verga104@mail.chapman.edu or Winkler at Winkl108@mail.chapman.edu.
