Argyros Endowed Chair in Finance and Economics and 2002 Nobel Laureate in Economics is one of three Nobel-winning economists invited by Newsweek Magazine to comment on America’s financial crisis, what went wrong and what can be done to repair it. Professor Smith points a finger at the stimulus policies of the Bush and Obama administrations.
