Prof. Kyndra Rotunda interviewed on military voting rights
Kyndra Rotunda, associate professor, Chapman University School of Law, and executive director of the school’s AMVETS Legal Clinic, was the guest (along with Newt Gingrich) on “Republicans Abroad” radio today, Aug. 3, (a Sky Radio channel). She talked about the recently released study on military voting rights that was conducted by Chapman’s AMVETS clinic and the Military Voter Protection (MVP) Project in Washington. D.C. The study shows that despite the MOVE Act, voters who serve in the active U.S. military are regularly disenfranchised and deprived of their voting rights. The show will be archived at www.republicansabroadradio.com.
