Bruxie shares the ingredients to making a delicious and successful business

Hungry for some mouth-watering tips on creating a successful business? At 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, the Food Science Club will host  Kelly G. Mullarney and Dean Simon, the owners of Bruxie, the popular waffle eatery near campus.

Bruxie: The Bold Fold

Mullarney and Simon will speak about how they turned their foodie idea into a successful and delicious business. They will discuss the process by which the restaurant was conceived, the steps required to turn their concept into reality, how they develop and test new menu items, their plans for expansion and challenges or constraints they have faced.
